Legendary Planet Hollywood is coming to Tbilisi 

The legendary brand Planet Hollywood is coming directly from Las Vegas to Georgia, elevating the country’s hospitality industry to an entirely new level. 

What is an “integrated resort”? 

The project will be the first integrated resort in the region, combining entertainment, leisure, gastronomy, and show business within one unified destination. The complex will feature 12 international top brands, including: 
 

• Beefbar (Monte Carlo) 

• Chotto Matte (London) 

• Roberto’s (Dubai) 

• Angelina (Paris) 

• Harvey Nichols (London) 

Two blocks and 200+ luxury brands 

The project comprises two towers: 

• The first will feature a five-star Radisson Blu. 

• The second will be dedicated to Planet Hollywood and a range of entertainment spaces. 

In addition, the complex will include a shopping mall bringing together more than 200 international luxury brands. 

Show business and a 4,000-seat event hall 

 
The arrival of Planet Hollywood is closely tied to the entertainment sector. The complex will include the largest multifunctional event hall in the region, with a capacity for 4,000 guests. Over 150 international events are expected to take place each year, creating a steady flow of tourists. 

Investment opportunity 

 
A key advantage for investors is the option to acquire not just a residential unit, but a hotel room within the Planet Hollywood property. This means becoming a co-owner of the hotel business and participating in profit distribution. Special pricing and conditions will be offered to the first 100 buyers. 

Timeline and employment 

• Opening date: the full-scale launch of the project is scheduled for September 2027. 

• Employment: the project will create at least 2,000 new jobs, with recruitment and training already underway. 

The complex is designed to become a major destination not only for Tbilisi but for the entire region.
